José-Antonio Villalobos is a Professional Certified Coach and author based in Los Angeles, California. As a coach, he brings his diverse and extensive background working with nonprofit, public and private organizations. In designing learning and development initiatives, José-Antonio draws from his experience in the hospitality industry working for one of the leading hotels in the world and his sales and customer service expertise working in the luxury goods industry. José-Antonio has developed the coaching model MUNDO©, an empowerment tool to support his clients.
His coaching approach emphasizes the commitment to craft an exclusive space open to a smart dialogue, based on trust and confidence that empowers his clients to thrive. José Antonio’s coaching philosophy is ‘each high performing individual has the potential to enhance and balance their abilities, adapting to new realities, embracing challenges and inspiring others.’
José-Antonio holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management. He also holds degrees in Communications and Public Relations. The exposure to a global reality helped him lay the foundation to create his own practice as a coach, facilitator, and talent development consultant. José-Antonio has been serving clients from around the world in both Spanish and English. His coaching practice is aligned with the International Coach Federation (ICF) competencies and ethical guidance.

When I was a boy I remember that I stayed quiet, listening with fascination to all the stories coming from different parts of the world. I remember feeling like I was part of all of them...
